Hi, I’m Ana Ruiz.

I’m living proof that it’s possible to thrive, and love yourself and your life while living with bipolar -without being held back by extreme mood swings.

After 20years of experience healing from bipolar, studying trauma, neurobiology, neuroscience, attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I’ve learned that the most important thing about living well with bipolar isn’t JUST medication and talk therapy or following a specific diet; it’s healing the nervous system and the brain, and loving all parts of ourselves.

Because when the nervous system is dysregulated is that we experience the highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression) of bipolar.

  • Two weekly 90-min live group sessions over Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am PST so that you can learn and practice in community. Program starts Tuesday April 21, 2026.

  • Yoga for nervous system to promote resilience.

  • Breathwork for emotional regulation.

  • One 1 hour private 1-on-1 session per month with me for deepening the work.

  • Private Individual support through WhatsApp.

  • Replays available within 24 hours in case you can’t attend live sessions or you want to rewatch at your own pace.

  • Weekly home practices so you can continue practicing self-connection and emotional regulation in the privacy of your own home!
