After 20 years of experience healing from bipolar, studying trauma, neurobiology, neuroscience, attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I’ve learned that the most important thing about living well with bipolar isn’t JUST medication and talk therapy or following a specific diet; it’s healing the nervous system and the brain, and loving all parts of ourselves.
